1 Description American Traveler seeks a CST/ORT First Assist for a hospital OR position supporting a wide range of surgical specialties including ortho, spine, neuro, and robotics. Details Work in a hospital main operating room within a 29-bed unit 1:1 patient ratios with unit secretary and surgical tech support available Utilizes standard OR equipment including 5 DaVinci robots, Mako, and Velys robotic systems Cerner documentation system used Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM Flexible scheduling with call requirements Assist surgeons across ortho trauma, ortho, spine, neuro, GYN, general, robotics, and vascular surgery Procedures performed include ortho trauma, neuro, ortho, spine, GYN, urology, general, robotics, vascular, peds, ENT, plastics, podiatry, OMF, dental, and eye trauma cases Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience required CST/ORT certification required CFA or RNFA certification required State license required if applicable Must be certified and hold state license as required by state regulations US SSN and date of birth required for consideration Professional references required (2 references required for Florida and Missouri candidates, 1 reference required for all other states) No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Provide surgical assistance to surgeons across multiple specialties in a fast-paced OR environment Scrubs provided by the facility Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions for local candidates
