Schedule/Hours:
Primary schedule: 7a-7p weekend coverage (including either Monday or Friday) Weekday coverage: Flexible—options for 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts; details to be discussed in the interview
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified or non-certified Surgical Scrub Tech (Certification highly preferred) Minimum of 5 years' surgical tech experience; able to independently manage the role without the need for training Proficiency in imaging special procedures a plus Strong background in orthopedic and general surgical procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a sterile, safe environment for surgical patients Assist in preparing the OR for both orthopedic and general cases Support imaging special procedures as needed Collaborate closely with surgeons and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adapt quickly to changing case loads and procedures
