Ability to assist surgeons during procedures, anticipating needs, and responding quickly in high-pressure situations. Exceptional teamwork and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare the CVOR for surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are available and sterile. Assist surgeons and nurses throughout operations, maintaining a sterile field and passing instruments as needed. Monitor and support infection control processes. Participate in room turnover duties to maintain surgical schedules. Support post-operative clean-up and equipment sterilization.
