1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant with at least 2 years of hospital OR experience and active compact licensure for a 13-week travel assignment in Derry, NH. Details Hospital OR setting with 4 operating rooms Surgical specialties include General, Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, and Breast procedures Robotic surgery cases performed using the Da Vinci Xi and Globus robotic systems Documentation via Expanse EMR Schedule is 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, 3 days per week Call required 2 days per week and every 4th weekend (48 hours) No floating requirement Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital OR setting Active compact license required; NH Medical Technologist license required — license required if applicable CST certification required BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start) Robotic surgical experience required Spine experience required US SSN and date of birth required for consideration One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri) Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates considered No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Active work experience within the last 6 months in this role required Additional Information Serve as a surgical first assistant across a range of OR cases including General, Ortho, ENT, Urology, and Breast Assist with robotic-assisted procedures using the Da Vinci Xi and Globus systems Patient ratios are dependent on the procedure Certifications must be from AHA or ARC and may not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
