Job Description
New England Center for Orthopaedic Surgery seeks a Certified Surgical Tech to support orthopaedic procedures in our ambulatory surgery center. Responsibilities include preparing ORs, sterilizing instruments, positioning and draping patients, maintaining sterile field, and anticipating surgeon needs. Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to ensure safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates bring strong ortho or OR experience, excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care in a fast-paced, outpatient setting.
