Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the surgical environment, assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of surgical procedures, anatomy, and physiology. Duties Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and ready for use. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, holding retractors, and performing suctioning as needed. Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical procedure to prevent infection. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal care. Stay informed about new techniques and technologies in surgical practices. Requirements Knowledge of human physiology is essential for understanding surgical procedures and patient care. Certification as a Surgical Technologist from an accredited program is required.
