Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment Monday to Friday, 5x8's day shiftsQualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program (CAAHEP, ABHES, or similar) At least one (1) year of experience as a Surgical Technician Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) preferred Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Candidates must reside at least 60 miles away from the facilityResponsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to procedure specifications Assist surgical teams throughout operative procedures, maintaining strict aseptic technique Ensure availability and integrity of sterile instruments and supplies before and during surgery Monitor surgical equipment and anticipate the needs of surgeons and nurses Support post-operative turnover and strict adherence to safety protocolsPerks & Benefits:
