Job Summary:
- Performs specific maternal, infant, and surgical care activities as well as OR surgical technologist duties and non-professional activities under the direction of a registered nurse.
Essential Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduated from a CAAHEP- or ABHES- accredited program and holds and maintains Certified Surgical Technologist certification.
- Completed a military surgical technology program
- 15 hours of continuing education (CE) each year.
License, Registration, or Certification Requirements:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required through a nationally accredited educational program, such as National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
