Schedule:
4x10 hour shifts, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm On-call required One weekend per month
Qualifications:
Current Surgical Tech certification (NBSTSA or NCCT—or grandfathered based on experience) BLS certification Minimum 2 years of operating room/scrub experience, with direct trauma and neuro experience required Proficiency with general, robotic, and high-acuity OR procedures Experience with Da Vinci robot preferred Comfortable working with Epic EMR Willingness to provide care across pediatric and adult populations
Duties:
Scrub and assist in complex surgical procedures, including trauma and neuro Set up and operate sophisticated OR equipment, including robotic technology Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict adherence to safety, sterilization, and regulatory standards
