This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof, featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery, stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as12 state-of-the-artoperating rooms fitted with advanced technology. Further features include an expanded ambulatory, infusion, imaging, EMG,sleepand rehabilitation units. Weare welcomingnew caregivers to collaborate within our multidisciplinary teams and contribute to nationally recognized, innovative neurological care. Surgical Technologists, sometimes called "scrub techs",assistin surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses and ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure andmaintaininga sterile field. Surgical Technologists perform a variety of functions, such as checking supplies and equipment, setting up sterile tables, performingappropriate counts, draping the sterile field, passing instruments to the surgeon and assistant during the procedure, prepare sterile dressing and clean instruments for terminal sterilization. A caregiver in this position worksdays and on-call from 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.
