Qualifications:

Current certification as a Surgical Tech (CST) or Operating Room Technician (ORT) Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program Active BLS certification (AHA preferred) Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an operating room setting Proficiency with sterile technique and surgical instrumentation Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, safety protocols, and infection control Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
