Surgical Tech

We are partnering with a high-volume ENT & Ophthalmology Ambulatory Surgery Center seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join their team. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment handling a high daily case volume with a strong focus on efficiency and patient care.

Job Function:

Shift:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Prepare and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures Scrub and assist physicians during ENT and ophthalmology cases Anticipate surgical needs and ensure proper instrumentation is available Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols Collaborate with OR team to ensure smooth case flow in a high-volume setting

Job Requirements:

Certified Surgical Technologist (NCCT or

NBSTSA REQUIRED

) Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program Proven experience scrubbing cases independently Strong knowledge of sterile technique
