Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures. Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operations by providing necessary instruments and supplies. Collect and document data related to patient care and surgical outcomes. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean operating environment. Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after surgery. Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including suturing when necessary.
