Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain a sterile field and CVOR equipment for all cardiovascular surgical procedures Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during operations, anticipating the needs of the operative team Prepare and handle surgical instruments specific to cardiac and vascular cases Ensure all surgical supplies and instruments are accounted for before, during, and after procedures Monitor and uphold infection control protocols and patient safety standards at all times Collaborate closely with circulating and scrub personnel to provide optimal patient care Participate in pre- and post-operative procedures, including specimen handling and room turnover

Preferred Qualifications:
