Key Qualifications:

Active certification as a Surgical Technologist (Required) Experience with perioperative nursing (Operating Room Technician) Current BLS certification; additional credentials preferred Minimum of one recent year in a similar ORT or surgical tech role Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability and the ability to thrive in new environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and operating room staff during procedures Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and surgical protocols Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures Ensure patient safety and effective workflow within the operating room Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
