JOB SUMMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS

Facilitate the operative or other invasive procedure by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments; supplies and equipment and maintains the sterile field while anticipating and responding to the needs of the surgical team. CSTs have a professional obligation to participate in committee activities; surveys; improvement initiatives; and continued education. Minimum Education Completion of approved Surgical Technology Program Minimum Work Experience No Previous Experience Required Licenses/Certifications

Must maintain a valid surgical technologist certification.
