This role requires independent intraoperative monitoring across a variety of surgical procedures, including spine, thyroid, and vascular cases. Candidates must be confident in managing complex cases and collaborating directly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and supervising neurologists. Requirements:

CNIM certification preferred Minimum 1 years of independent IONM experience preferred Proficiency across multiple modalities including SSEPs, EMG, and MEPs Strong intraoperative communication and decision-making skills Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital systems, teams, and workflows Willingness to work early-morning and occasional late finishing cases.
