Ideal Candidate Profile Best Fit The ideal candidate should be: Flexible and adaptable Team-oriented Professional and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment Strong communicator with excellent patient care skills Required Certifications Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Active Texas CST License Dress Code Scrub Color Navy Blue Appearance Standards No artificial nails, gel nails, next-gen nails, or similar nail enhancements Hair must be clean, neat, and professional No extreme hairstyles or hair colors Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly groomed Hair longer than shoulder length must be secured while working Tattoos & Piercings Body art should be covered whenever possible Visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited Nose rings, tongue rings, and other facial piercings are not permitted Attendance Expectations Facility attendance policy will be strictly enforced.
