Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain sterile field during surgical procedures Anticipate surgeon's needs and pass instruments and supplies efficiently Perform surgical counts (sponges, needles, instruments) per policy Ensure proper handling, labeling, and care of specimens Assist with room turnover and case setup Maintain knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and supplies Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) Minimum of 1 year of surgical scrub experience BLS certification required Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule:
PRN/as needed based on surgical volume Must be flexible with availability Why Join Us?
