Schedule:
Travel assignment Full-time, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and operate surgical equipment for cardiovascular procedures under aseptic conditions Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to coordinate patient care before, during, and after surgery Ensure all operative instruments are calibrated, functional, and appropriately sterilized Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and consistently provide supplies in a timely, efficient manner Adhere to strict safety and documentation protocols to protect patient wellbeing
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a CVOR Tech required Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) or equivalent credentials strongly preferred Strong knowledge of sterile technique and cardiovascular surgical procedures Excellent communication skills and adaptability to new environments
