Key Qualifications:
Current certification and credentials for CVOR Tech or Nursing - CVOR Tech Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room environment preferred Strong technical skills and familiarity with a range of surgical instruments and procedures Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficient communication skills for collaboration with surgical team members
Responsibilities:
Directly support surgeons and nursing staff before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures Prepare and maintain sterilized surgical instruments and supplies Ensure optimal patient safety and compliance with hospital protocols Document operative procedures and maintain accurate records Contribute to a positive, efficient operating room environment
