Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid Nursing license in good standing Clinical experience and proficiency in ORT (Operating Room Technician/Nursing ORT) Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, safety protocols, and sterile techniques Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and time management skills Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments Flexibility and a positive attitude with a commitment to patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing operating rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is sterile and operational Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and aseptic techniques during procedures Monitor patient condition pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Accurately document all patient care and surgical activities Support ongoing team efforts to provide exceptional care delivery Why choose this travel opportunity?
