Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of one year recent experience as a CVOR Tech or in a nursing role within the operating room Proficiency with cardiovascular operating room equipment and sterile field preparation national certification (preferred) Current BLS certification Strong organizational and communication abilities Flexibility and adaptability in a team-oriented setting
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for cardiovascular surgeries Assist surgeons and RNs throughout operative procedures Manage and organize surgical instruments and supplies Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Support post-operative care and monitoring as needed
