1 Description American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week hospital OR assignment requiring 3+ years of multispecialty scrubbing experience. Details Hospital OR unit at a 226-bed non-profit community hospital with 7 ORs at the main facility and 3 ORs at an attached ASC Adult and pediatric case types including ENT, general, GI, GYN, ortho, robotics (DaVinci), and urology Epic EMR used No floating required 10-hour day shifts, scheduled 0645-1715 or 0645-1915 depending on 10s or 12s, with a rotating day off 40 hours per week Weekend rotation of approximately 1 weekend per month for days; weekends are part of the regular schedule for nights On-call required for day shift only, 4-5 shifts per month from end of shift to 0700 the next day, with weekend call spanning 24 hours Navy scrubs provided Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist BLS certification required CST certification required unless candidate has 15+ years of experience Active WA state license required if applicable Past scrubbing experience in ENT, general, GI, GYN, ortho, robotics (DaVinci), and urology required Additional Information First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Scrub in for a variety of adult and pediatric surgical cases across multiple specialties Work within a hospital OR supporting both main OR suites and an attached ASC
