Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Current certification as a CVOR Tech or Surgical Technologist with relevant cardiovascular experience Background in assisting cardiovascular surgeons and perioperative teams in high-acuity settings Strong understanding of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and OR protocols Adaptability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Support surgical teams in cardiovascular procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are prepared and maintained Maintain a sterile field throughout operations and anticipate the needs of surgeons Monitor patient safety and contribute to a collaborative, efficient OR setting Work closely with RNs, surgeons, and anesthesia providers to deliver exceptional patient care Document accurately and comply with facility policies and regulatory standards
