Join our team as a Supply Chain Technician and play a critical role in keeping our Surgical Services, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Surgery Center departments running smoothly. Every item you deliver, stock, and track helps ensure physicians and clinical teams have the supplies and equipment needed to provide exceptional care to patients. What You'll Do ✅ Ensure critical medical supplies, implants, grafts, tissue products, and equipment are available when and where they're needed ✅ Accurately replenish, distribute, and manage inventory across procedural and surgical areas ✅ Perform inventory cycle counts, audits, and replenishment activities to maintain accurate stock levels ✅ Monitor product usage, backorders, recalls, lot numbers, and expiration dates ✅ Rotate inventory to reduce waste and maintain product integrity ✅ Receive, document, and distribute supplies using inventory management systems ✅ Assemble surgical case carts based on procedure requirements and physician preference cards ✅ Partner with clinical teams, Sterile Processing, and Supply Chain colleagues to resolve supply challenges quickly ✅ Maintain organized storage locations, proper labeling, and efficient workflows ✅ Identify opportunities to improve processes and inventory accuracy What Makes You Successful You are someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail Is a proactive problem-solver Prioritizes tasks effectively and remains calm under pressure Provides exceptional customer service to clinicians, patients, and team members Communicates professionally and confidently Demonstrates accountability, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork Understands that your work directly impacts patient care Qualifications Required ✔ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience ✔ 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, materials management, healthcare operations, or a related field Preferred Associate Degree Healthcare, hospital, surgical services, or clinical support experience Experience with Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS) Familiarity with PeopleSoft MMIS, Par Excellence, QSight, or similar inventory management software Equipment & Technology You'll Use Handheld scanners Inventory and materials management software ️ Barcode printers and office equipment Hand trucks, carts, dollies, and other supply distribution equipment Why Join Us? Schedule & Training Regular Schedule:
1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (2nd Shift) To ensure your success in the role, training will be completed on both 1st and 2nd shifts . ✅ Training may last approximately 2-4 weeks on 1st shift , depending on experience and progress. ✅ The majority of training and ongoing work responsibilities will take place on 2nd shift . ✅ You'll gain hands-on experience with inventory management systems, supply distribution processes, surgical case support, and department-specific workflows while working alongside experienced team members.
