Weeks Pay Rate:
$37/hour (W2)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Day Shift (staggered start times between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM) | Shared on-call every 4th weekend

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (OR Tech) to join a busy Operating Room team. In this role, you will work closely with surgeons and the surgical team to prepare the operating room, maintain a sterile environment, and assist during surgical procedures to ensure exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment. Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field. Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are functioning properly before procedures. Perform instrument, sponge, and supply counts before and after surgery. Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to support efficient surgical procedures.
Qualifications:
Surgical Technologist Diploma (Required) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Current CPR/BLS Certification (Required) Previous Operating Room experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment If you're interested or know someone who may be a good fit, please apply or reach out for more information!
