Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for a variety of surgical procedures Assist surgical teams by passing instruments, sponges, or other necessary supplies during procedures Ensure adherence to strict aseptic and sterile techniques at all times Conduct equipment checks and assist with the setup and breakdown of surgical areas Monitor and maintain an organized work space to optimize patient safety and efficiency Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams for smooth workflow

Qualifications:

Certified Surgical Tech or ORT credential required Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program Minimum of one year of recent experience in an operating room setting preferred BLS certification current and valid Excellent communication, detail orientation, and adaptability
