Key Qualifications:

Current certification as a Surgical Technician (required) Experience as an ORT, with proficiency in aseptic technique and perioperative procedures Active state nursing or tech licensure (as applicable) BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
