Monitor Technician:
Responsibilities:
The Monitor Technician is accountable and responsible for viewing the cardiac monitor for each patient, recognizing and reporting abnormal patterns. The continual monitoring of all patients on cardiac monitors and reporting all changes to the appropriate nurse.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Successful completion of a monitor technician program, within 6 months of hire.
