Job Description

•Quick Start•Urgent need for a Ultrasound Technician with our client, which is a Hospital Pay rate: $50/hr

Job Location:

Bakersfield, CA 93306

Shift:

Day Shift Schedule:

Mostly 10-hour day shifts | Rotating schedule | Overnight on-call required | Occasional graveyard shifts as needed.

Duration of Contract:

13 Weeks + Extendable Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs

Requirements:

ARDMS certification (Required) Current BLS certification (Required) Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital ultrasound experience Required experience in Vascular and OB Ultrasound Graduate of an accredited ultrasound training program

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including Vascular and OB studies. Correlate patient history with examination requirements and document findings accurately. Prepare patients for procedures and ensure informed consent is obtained. Operate, calibrate, and maintain ultrasound equipment. Assist physicians during ultrasound-guided procedures, including biopsies and aspirations. Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and imaging records.
