Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role where you will utilize your expertise in echocardiography to deliver high-quality patient care. In this contract opportunity, you'll play a vital part in a collaborative medical team, employing your imaging skills to support critical diagnostics and patient outcomes over a 13-week assignment.
Schedule/Hours:
Day shift position Four 10-hour shifts per week Shift start times are either 7:00 am or 8:00 am Includes some on-call days
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Active BLS certification Registered with ARDMS or CCI Solid previous experience performing cardiac echo exams and echocardiographic studies Proficiency with advanced imaging equipment and echocardiography protocols Excellent communication skills and a commitment to compassionate patient interaction Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct a full range of echocardiographic studies, including transthoracic and stress echo procedures Work collaboratively with physicians and other staff to ensure accurate imaging and effective patient care Maintain meticulous patient records and document findings Prepare, position, and educate patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures Respond efficiently to on-call requests and changing departmental needs
