Job Description

This position in accordance with departmental standards of practice, assumes responsibility for all non-invasive diagnostic cardiac and peripheral vascular exams as ordered by the physicians to assure patient care treatment. Knowledge of Cardiac and Vascular diagnostic tests and preparations. Successfully passing safety, cultural sensitivity, and blood pathogen classes.
Required Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum six (6) months experience in as an electrocardiodiagnostic technician. Minimum six months experience as a Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Technician. Registered through RDMS, SDMS, SNIVT, CCI or other comparable society in both Cardiac Ultrasound and Non-Invasive Vascular Ultrasound Sonography CVT training or certification. BLS certified.
