About the Role We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented Prenatal Imaging Specialist to perform non-diagnostic 3D/4D ultrasounds for our clients. This role is about more than imaging — it's about creating a memorable bonding experience for expectant families in a calm, welcoming environment, while operating our imaging equipment safely and professionally. Responsibilities Perform non-diagnostic 3D/4D prenatal ultrasounds for clients in a welcoming, family-centered setting. Operate and manage ultrasound equipment safely and effectively, ensuring quality imaging. Troubleshoot equipment and technology as needed to keep sessions running smoothly. Clearly explain the ultrasound process to clients, answering questions and helping them feel comfortable. Maintain a compassionate, professional atmosphere throughout each client's ultrasound experience. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards for all client information. Follow safety protocols and operational procedures for ultrasound equipment. Assist with appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Certification in ultrasound technology, or relevant training/experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client comfort. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassionate, professional demeanor, particularly with expectant families. Comfort with technology and ultrasound equipment; prior prenatal imaging experience is a plus. Schedule Flexible hours, including evening and weekend availability. A consistent, mutually agreed-upon schedule will be maintained once established (subject to change).
