Schedule/Hours:
Travel opportunity with schedule to be confirmed at hire.
Responsibilities:
Perform Ultrasound procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring optimal imaging results. Accurately transfer and position patients for examinations. Operate Ultrasound Imaging equipment and related technology safely and effectively. Educate, immobilize, and care for patients throughout imaging procedures. Coordinate Ultrasound exams for timely, seamless patient care. Evaluate and submit imaging and clinical information for Radiologist interpretation. Communicate openly and respectfully with patients, colleagues, Radiologists, and leadership. Maintain department supplies and practice infection prevention and sterile techniques. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in general Ultrasound Imaging required. Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with advanced imaging equipment. Current, valid credentials for Ultrasound practice. Effective interpersonal and patient care skills. Ability to follow provider imaging orders and facility protocols accurately.
