Job Description:

AHMG Vascular Surgery at Altamonte Springs 661 E. Altamonte Drive, Suite 223, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701 Monday•Friday 7:30am•4:30pm $5k sign on bonus may float to other practices as needed Produces quality diagnostic ultrasound images using proper equipment techniques and technical factors. Performs all ultrasound procedures according to department policies. Follows prescribed hospital safety standards and practices sterile techniques to prevent contamination. Positions and transfers patients for exams. Maintains adequate records per department and hospital policies. Assists physicians in performing invasive procedures, ensuring proper lab work and specimen delivery. Incorporates patient, physician, and customer needs and concerns into decision-making and organizational actions. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the Ultrasound Department and secures and restocks supplies as necessary. Attends a minimum of 50% of scheduled department meetings and obtains information from missed meetings. Follows AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank) at all times. Maintains ethical, professional relationships and follow the "Standard of Behavior" guidelines per hospital policy. Other duties as assigned.
