• Employee assistance program About the Role Skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our healthcare team.

In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist physicians in evaluating and treating patients. You will be responsible for operating ultrasound equipment, capturing high-quality images, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients according to established protocols
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring high-quality imaging
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and address any concerns
• Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images while ensuring comfort and safety
• Review images for clarity and completeness before submission to the physician
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to support accurate diagnoses
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow all safety, infection control, and radiation protection protocols
• Assist with inventory management and maintenance of ultrasound supplies and equipment
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with ultrasound technology and best practices Location ProScan Imaging at NCH, Naples, Florida.

Primary site with occasional flexibility required.

Qualifications:

• Breast and RVT experience preferred Maintains certification in Basic Life Support (CPR) with the American Red ARDMS registry as a diagnostic medical sonographer or other required state licensure (if applicable) Why ProScan Imaging
