Summary:

The Ultrasound Coordinator performs diagnostic sonographic procedures in accordance with established clinical and safety standards. This role is responsible for coordinating all workflow related to imaging patient care, including radiology information system (RIS) data management, file room operations, general clerical duties, physician support, housekeeping tasks, patient transportation, and other responsibilities essential to efficient departmental operations. The Coordinator also assists with staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage and supports compliance activities related to the accreditation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment. This position contributes to a high-quality, patient-centered experience by promoting organization, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Other information: Required Certifications include 1 ARDMS certification. 2 ARDMS certifications preferred.
