Job Description
Consulting Radiologists, Ltd (CRL) is seeking a board-certified/eligible breast imager to join our dynamic, cohesive, and collegial breast imaging team. This position allows the candidate to work 100% in breast imaging. Our dedicated breast imaging section is based out of the Piper Breast Center, located in Abbott Northwestern Hospital, downtown Minneapolis. The highly reputable Piper Breast Center has been designated a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the ACR and has also received accreditation from the NABCP for providing high-quality, patient-centered cancer care to patients and the community. Our radiologist also rotates through the Piper Breast Center located at the West Health campus in Plymouth, Minnesota. We also operate our own private office, the CRL Womans Imaging Center in Edina, Minnesota, which likewise has been designated a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the ACR and is well respected within a highly competitive market. This opportunity will allow the candidate to work with the latest technology and stay engaged with an interesting case mix. Most of our mammography units are Hologic, with images being acquired in 3D. We have a large volume of screening and staging breast MRIs. We provide upright stereotactic-guided biopsies, ultrasound-guided biopsies, and MRI-guided biopsies. Localizations are performed with magnetic seed or wire.
