Pay Range:
$25-$27 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary:
The Sonographer & Medical Team Support team member plays a vital role in delivering compassionate medical services to women and families in our community. This position is responsible for performing limited obstetrical ultrasounds, supporting client care, assisting with medical services, and collaborating with the Center's medical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. This role is ideal for a compassionate sonographer who is passionate about women's health, values relationship-building, and desires to use their clinical skills in a mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
Perform limited obstetrical ultrasounds in accordance with Center policies and medical standards Coordinate ultrasound reviews with the Medical Director Conduct pregnancy and STI/STD testing as requested Meet with clients for intake appointments and consultations Provide education regarding pregnancy, sexual health, and available resources Screen and refer clients to the Center's Women's Wellness Program and support services Make follow-up calls to clients regarding care and services Document client care and services in electronic medical records, including eClinicalWorks and eKyros Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care Assist with medical administrative tasks, including preparing intake packets and ordering supplies Collaborate with the medical team on ongoing projects and initiatives Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
What You'll Need:
Required Qualifications RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) certification or comparable sonography certification At least 1 year of hands-on sonography experience , preferably performing obstetrical or women's health ultrasounds Experience working directly with patients in a clinical or healthcare setting Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree or higher 2+ years of sonography experience Experience in women's health, OB/GYN, pregnancy care, or reproductive health settings Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills Experience providing patient education and counseling support
