As the Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographer , you will perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound examinations to support the evaluation and care of high-risk pregnancies. Working closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians and a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will provide high-quality imaging, assist with specialized procedures, and help deliver accurate, timely diagnoses while ensuring a compassionate, patient-centered experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform advanced maternal-fetal ultrasound examinations. Conduct fetal anatomy, growth, and Doppler studies. Complete biophysical profiles and cervical length assessments. Perform first-trimester screenings and fetal echocardiography. Assist physicians with specialized prenatal procedures. Apply AIUM standards and independent clinical judgment. Document imaging findings and prepare preliminary reports. Communicate diagnostic findings with physicians. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to high-risk pregnancies. Collaborate with physicians, sonographers, and clinical staff. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Support high-quality care through multidisciplinary teamwork. Other duties as assigned Qualifications RDMS (OB/GYN) certification required. Minimum one year of obstetrical ultrasound experience. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine or high-risk obstetrics preferred. Fetal echocardiography and Doppler ultrasound experience preferred. Interest in advanced MFM ultrasound training encouraged. Current BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
