Skills & Qualifications:
Current certification as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer (ARDMS or equivalent) Proficiency in General Ultrasound Imaging, including abdomen, OB/GYN, and small parts Previous experience in a hospital or clinical environment preferred Excellent communication and patient care skills Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
Operate ultrasound equipment to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams Accurately document results and collaborate with radiologists and medical teams Support patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal operation Adhere to established protocols for infection prevention and privacy
