• We are looking to hire a Sonographer!
• As a
• Sonographer
• at MercyOne, you will: + Perform Ultrasound exams including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts, and other related Ultrasound procedures as necessary on scheduled or emergent basis and maintains related records + Provide general assistance to the radiologist in interpreting studies; provides technical instruction to students and hospital staff

• Schedule:

• + 20 hours a week + Daytime hours + Holiday rotation

• General Requirements:

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with one of the following: + Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) + Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) + Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) + Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSKS) If not registered, be board-eligible and become registered with ARDMS within one year of hire.

+ Maintains active registry status with ARDMS (30 CME's every 3 yrs/annual payment) + Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within six (6) months of hire and every three (3) years thereafter. + Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire and every two (2) years thereafter.
