Job Description
About the Role As our lead sonographer, you'll shape the entire ultrasound experience at MEND. You'll take charge of each visit—welcoming patients, explaining what to expect, performing the scan, communicating with teleradiology group, and ensuring images and reports move smoothly to the patient and/or their provider. This role is designed for someone who can lead ultrasound independently, guiding the flow of the day with confidence and care. You'll have real autonomy, trusted to run your schedule and make decisions, all while being part of a small, supportive team that values your expertise. Schedule & Compensation This is a part-time role, expect 8-15 hours per week with opportunity to grow. Hours are flexible and customizable to you/your family's needs; hours will vary somewhat week to week based on appointments. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
