Relocation Assistance:
Up to $2,500 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join a hospital-based Imaging Department in Kansas. This permanent position offers a compressed three-day workweek, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work with modern imaging technology in a collaborative patient-care environment. The ideal candidate will be ARDMS certified with an RVT credential and committed to providing accurate diagnostic imaging and exceptional patient care. Schedule & Call Requirements Three 12-hour shifts per week Rotating on-call responsibilities for nights and weekends Weekend call rotation approximately every other weekend Rotating holiday on-call coverage Must be available to respond to call-back needs when assigned Required Qualifications & Certifications ARDMS certification with RVT credential required Current AHA BLS certification Strong knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound procedures Ability to operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Department Overview Approximately 12-15 patients per day Samsung ultrasound equipment Meditech HIS/RIS Nova

Off-site radiologist coverage Collaborative, patient-focused imaging environment Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols Obtain high-quality images for radiologist interpretation Provide safe, compassionate, and professional patient care Explain procedures and answer patient questions Maintain accurate patient and imaging documentation Operate and care for ultrasound equipment appropriately Follow department policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures Communicate effectively with physicians, radiologists, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards Compensation & Additional Information Starting pay: $35.92/hour, based on experience Up to $2,500 in relocation assistance Receipts/proof of eligible relocation expenses required for reimbursement
Rotating Pay Details:
