Job Description

OB/GYN Ultrasound Tech - Per Diem 7:45am-4:15pm Candidate must have experience in OB/GYN and be able to work independently performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations and report findings to physicians.
Responsibilities:
Follows standard AIUM protocol for OB/GYN sonography exams. Demonstrates ability to produce appropriate and quality images. Assembles and presents all scan data for physicians in a timely manner. Accurately keys data and patient information into ultrasound machine and EMR (Athena) to generate reports of diagnostics findings. Displays adaptability, flexibility, prioritization, and assistance to other sonographers and physicians. Cleans and stocks sonography room as well as maintains equipment.
Requirements:
ARDMS credentialed sonographer with minimum 2 years' OB/GYN experience. Experience scanning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester OB patients including detailed fetal surveys. Experience with GYN ultrasounds including procedures such as sonohysterograms and U/S guided IUD insertions. Graduate from CAHEEP Ultrasound accredited program. Nuchal Translucency Certified Willing and able to travel to our 4 offices (Worcester, Marlborough, Webster, & Sturbridge, MA) as needed. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
