Job Description

Do you want to be part of one of the fastest-growing vein and aesthetic practices in Michigan? Even if we don't have an immediate opening, we're always interested in connecting with talented clinical professionals who want to grow with Allure Medical. If you're passionate about patient care, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are interested in future opportunities within vascular, vein, and aesthetic medicine, we invite you to apply and join our talent pipeline. Why Join Allure Medical? At Allure Medical, we are more than a medical spa. Founded in 2004 by Dr. Charles Mok, we are a rapidly growing, membership-based practice specializing in advanced cosmetic, regenerative, varicose vein, and anti-aging treatments. We combine cutting-edge technology with compassion and clinical excellence to create an environment where patients thrive and team members grow with confidence. Our culture values autonomy, leadership, and continuous learning—along with meaningful perks like discounted and complimentary cosmetic services and no working holidays. About Future Opportunities We frequently hire for clinical and vascular-focused roles, including Registered Vascular Technologists (RVTs) and Vascular Sonographers , as our practice continues to expand across Michigan. In these roles, team members support physicians and advanced practice providers by performing high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations, assisting with in-office venous procedures, and contributing to a patient-centered, office-based care model. Opportunities may also include cross-training in select cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, depending on role and interest. All care is delivered in a supportive, in-office environment focused on efficiency, compassion, and clinical excellence. About the Role

  • Collaborating closely with physicians, mid-level providers, and clinical staff
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety, cleanliness, and HIPAA standards
  • Assisting with aesthetic, cosmetic, or hormone-related procedures as trained and appropriate. Qualifications We Often Look For
