  • Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused
  • Sonographer
  • to join our Urology team. In this role, you will perform a variety of ultrasound examinations including renal, bladder, prostate and other urologic imaging studies as ordered by providers. Provides direct patient care that ensures efficient access to safe, quality and compassionate care, in an environment that is welcoming to patients and their families.
  • What You'll Do:
  • + Produces and records high quality sonographic images. + Interprets patient history for patients + Positions patients for sonographic examination. + Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations. + Communicates the results to the diagnosing physician. + Maintains ultrasound equipment and work area.

EDUCATION:
Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. +
CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE:
Valid CPR certification. Valid, unrestricted certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in the specialty(ies) as appropriate. + MINIMUM
EXPERIENCE
1-3 years' experience, or equivalent experience and education.
