Job Description

Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible hours suited to healthcare needs
Desired Qualifications:
Current certification in Echo imaging (RDCS or RCS required) Minimum of one year recent experience in echocardiography Proficiency in operating advanced ultrasound equipment Strong knowledge of anatomy and pathology as relevant to cardiac imaging Excellent communication and patient care skills Valid BLS certification Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiographic exams, including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and color flow studies Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care Analyze, interpret, and document imaging findings precisely Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and follow quality assurance guidelines Participate in ongoing departmental trainings and meetings
