The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology. You will play a crucial role in patient care by providing accurate assessments and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. A strong understanding of breast anatomy, maternal-fetal medicine, and obstetrics/gynecology is essential for this position. Duties Perform sonographic examinations, including but not limited to obstetric, gynecological, breast, and abdominal scans. Utilize advanced sonography techniques to capture high-resolution images for diagnostic purposes. Maintain a thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately interpret imaging results. Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address any concerns or questions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans. Maintain equipment in accordance with safety standards and perform routine quality control checks. Document all procedures accurately in the patient's medical records. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications: Proficiency in breast, maternal-fetal medicine, and obstetrics/gynecology sonography. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and diagnostic radiology principles. Experience in patient care with a focus on providing compassionate support. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams. Familiarity with medical imaging technologies and best practices in sonography.
